Hundreds of officials from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) have been doxxed in a massive hack that exposed names, contact details and work locations, 404 Media has reported.
The disclosure was attributed to an actor identifying itself as “The Com”, which has claimed responsibility for previous politically motivated leaks. According to 404 Media, the latest release contained the personal details of about 680 DHS staff, more than 190 Justice Department officials and email addresses for roughly 170 FBI employees.
404 Media said it verified parts of the material and that the files included names, office locations and, in some instances, home addresses. The outlet did not publish exhaustive lists but reported confirming a sample of the data.
Messages from a Telegram channel linked to the group were cited in the report. One message read: “Mexican Cartels hmu [hit me up] we dropping all the doxes wheres my 1m [1 million],” referring to an unverified claim that cartels had offered bounties on federal agents. A second message said: “U guys want IRS next?”, which appeared to suggest further targets.
The leak comes as masked ICE and DHS agents carrying out domestic operations have attracted attention for their tactics, including forceful arrests and detentions. The Trump administration has argued that officers face heightened danger during such operations and has defended the use of masks by federal agents. The administration has also urged online platforms to remove tracking and reporting tools such as ICEBlock.
At the time of publication, the Trump administration had not issued a statement about the leaked material.
